I like watching fireworks...I wish I'd have gone to the beach also. These came out really good Mel!

did you use a tripod?
and how did you focus on the spot of the burst ??
love the picks just want to learn Very Happy

I did not use a tripod, more of a spontaneous
"let's take pictures!" I think next year I will try one,
maybe I won't wiggle so much then! As for how I focused,
I use a PAS Nikon Coolpix 8700 and I just pointed the
camera in the spot where the fireworks seemed to be
going off the most and clicked.
