I Like the B&W best, First of all I just Love B&W pictures, but the reasoning on this is that the color shot looks Washed out to me and There is something "off" about it . Its almost like the color makes it seem like there is too much going on in the shot between the lily pads and the reflections and the reeds...to many distractions in one place that you don't quite know what the focus of the photo is, but with the b&w it takes you right to the Pads..

Hmmm, not sure.
I see what Teri is saying about the B&W,
but I think the color is cool. I like
all the different colors and the fact
that you can see the reflection of the
trees better in the color. They are more
defined and contrast well with the color of the water.
I might would try to crop out the reeds
in the foreground to make it less busy...
